チャネル開発マネージャー/ Channel Development Manager
A global IT company is looking for a Channel Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive partner growth, strengthen relationships, and lead strategic initiatives to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and develop new partners to expand sales and service reach
- Build and execute sales strategies and business plans for assigned partner accounts
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast partner pipeline conversion
- Support partner enablement through training and alignment with GTM and program requirements
- Monitor partner performance and implement actions to close performance gaps
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and maximise ROI through effective collaboration
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience in channel sales
- Experience in channel management
- Prior experience in the growth of top distribution managed partners through
distributors - Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams to coordinate marketing activities and optimise investment returns from partners
- Background in working with customers and technology partners
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
- Ability and willingness to travel
