A global leader in healthcare technology is looking for a Channel Manager. The qualified applicant will align with corporate strategy, working closely with the sales team to enhance revenue through efficient wholesaler management.
Responsibilities:
- Align with corporate strategy to boost revenue efficiently through wholesalers
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for wholesalers, managing rebates and allowances
- Optimise distribution channels to ensure maximum reach and efficiency
- Negotiate with wholesalers and shipping companies to explore new opportunities
- Manage regular calls to update appropriate strategies and operations
- Build strong relationships with partners to implement execution
- Manage group purchase organisation to obtain tenders
- Implement new channel strategies such as cash-pay
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 13 years of industry experience
- More than 3 years of experience working with wholesalers in pharmaceutical or medical device companies
