ショッパー戦略・インサイトマネージャー/ Shopper Strategy and Insight Manager
A multinational consumer health company is seeking a Shopper Strategy and Insight Manager. The selected candidate will develop channel, brand, and account strategies while leading in-store initiatives, retail media execution, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop shopper-centric in-store initiatives and retail media strategies based on data analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and execute in-store and out-of-store initiatives aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of initiatives
- Analyse shopper behaviour and purchasing data to build channel and sub-channel shopper personas
- Design and execute channel strategies integrating shopper insights with brand and channel objectives
- Develop and manage POS master data to strengthen customer selling stories
- Drive KPI achievement, including DPSM targets and channel strategy execution
- Lead data master management to enhance data-driven decision making and operational efficiency
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
- Practical experience in leading and developing teams to achieve ambitious business goals
- Experience in shopper marketing within an FMCG environment, including POS and ID-POS data analysis
- Proven experience in project management and executing PDCA cycles
- Proficient in data analysis and data management
- Skilled in business analysis from hypothesis development to proposal creation
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
