事業開発マネージャー/ Business Development Manager

A global professional services company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive sector-focused growth, expand key accounts, and build a strong sales pipeline through consultative selling. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sector-based business growth initiatives aligned with revenue targets
• Build and expand relationships with key and global accounts to drive larger deal closures
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers
• Identify and develop new prospects through targeted outreach and pipeline generation
• Execute the end-to-end sales process by assessing needs and proposing relevant solutions
• Track opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities accurately using CRM and sales tools

Requirements:

• Background in Life science, Healthcare industry
• Experience in working with the marketing function, including an appreciation of campaign planning and execution through multiple channels
• Prior experience of the field sales function
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in medical device industry, notified body/TIC industry, or regulatory affairs
