An international food and beverage company is looking for an Associate Manager/Experts. The selected candidate will develop growth strategies, lead product development, and execute trade marketing plans to deliver sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies for assigned channels and customers
• Lead new product development initiatives with cross-functional teams, including insights, commercialisation, quality, chefs, supply chain, sales, MBC, and external partners
• Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with sales teams and retail customers
• Conduct market research using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform strategy and decision-making
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry innovations to stay ahead of competitors
• Manage product portfolio profitability and oversee trade spend with sales collaboration
• Deliver operational excellence through effective project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in marketing or product development in the Food or Beverage industry
• Passion for food, especially chocolate, with strong consumer and product sensibility
• Deep understanding of consumer and customer behaviour with solid business acumen
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and lead projects
• Native level Japanese; business level English
