戦略・事業開発部長/ Director of Strategy & Business Development

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Director of Strategy & Business Development for the East Asia region. The selected candidate will drive strategic growth initiatives and partnership development across Japan and Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional strategy development, execution, partnerships, and channel strategy
• Drive organic growth by aligning strategic plans with regional and APAC business leaders
• Identify and lead breakthrough initiatives to support major growth priorities
• Build executive-level partnerships and co-innovation models with key customer organisations
• Manage strategic channel programs for priority accounts
• Support M&A activities, partnership integration, and overall strategic leadership across East Asia

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and/or consulting and relevant industry operational roles
• Experience in engineering / operational capacity in relevant industries
• Prior Strategic Planning Experience at Global Multinational Company in Japan
• Proven Management Consulting Experience at top 3 consulting companies
• Knowledge of government policies and growth vectors
• Background in macros, market trends and implications on growth opportunities
• Fluent level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• MBA or above
