パートナーシップマネージャー/ Partnership Manager

An international transportation solutions company is looking for a Partnership Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic collaborations, secure high-value partnerships, and manage key relationships across corporate and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with major corporations, travel companies, and digital platforms
• Develop and execute strategies to deepen collaborations with existing partners
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across industries such as airlines, e-commerce, and mobility platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver joint initiatives with partners
• Monitor and report on partnership performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic account management
• Experience working with large companies or similar-scale organisations
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese
