マーケティング・事業開発マネージャー/ Marketing and BD Executive

A global legal services firm is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will drive pitching, marketing operations, events, and strategic BD initiatives across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tailored pitches and capability materials aligned with global standards
• Maintain deal databases, CVs, and CRM client lists
• Update Japan marketing collateral and ensure accurate website content
• Lead directory and award submissions in coordination with communications teams
• Support event planning, sponsorships, and speaking engagements
• Contribute to annual business plans and assist with regional strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles ideally within an international professional services firm
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of professional marketing approaches and new business issues
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
