事業開発リーダー/ Business Development Leader

A renowned automotive and mobility services company is looking for a Business Development Leader. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand business opportunities through strategic planning and AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts
• Drive revenue by achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with growth strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform growth

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the technology, insurance claim industry or automotive industry
• Experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, specifically in selling AI products
• Prior experience in technical sales capabilities, specifically in AI
• Skilled in negotiation techniques to secure favorable agreements and contracts for AI products
• Knowledge of the automobile industry, especially in the collision vehicle repair industry, and familiarity with AI technology solutions
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
