セールス開発担当者/ Sales Development Representative
A global software company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support its growing APAC business. The selected candidate will qualify leads, build pipelines, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and qualify prospects using MEDDPICC methodology
- Schedule meetings and support Account Executives in closing opportunities
- Cross-sell and expand product value within existing accounts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Maintain CRM data and nurture unconverted leads
- Develop performance plans to enhance sales metrics and pipeline outcomes
Requirements:
- More than 1 years of professional experience (SaaS, outbound calling is ideal)
- Experience carrying and surpassing KPIs and targets
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese; proficient in English is ideal
