セールス開発担当者/ Sales Development Representative
A multinational data protection and ransomware recovery company is seeking a Sales Development Representative. The selected candidate will generate and qualify leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline in collaboration with the sales team. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Nurture prospects through multi-channel engagement
- Identify and connect with key personas in the buying process
- Manage account and activity data using Salesforce CRM
- Support sales initiatives and collaborate with extended teams
- Achieve monthly KPIs including leads, conversions, and meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in sales (high-tech products/services is preferred)
- Prior experience in outbound calling or revenue development representative is ideal
- Understanding of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM, Hoovers)
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone
- Professional level Japanese; proficient in spoken English
