BMシニアコンサルタント/ BM Senior Consultant

A well-known business consulting and services company is seeking a Business Management (BM) Senior Consultant. The selected candidate will support car dealership profitability through financial data analysis and client advisory services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client and dealer support for BM programs across Japan and South Korea
• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support and escalate technical issues to global teams
• Monitor and improve data quality, including coordinating with dealers on accounting standards
• Conduct monthly review meetings with clients on dealership performance and data reliability
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with financial KPIs and improvement suggestions
• Deliver solution training to client managers and dealership staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships to pursue mutual business value with client based on contract
• Prior experience in performance management of value chains (franchise chain store and agent sales channel) is preferred
• Proven experience in organising proposals with business value, research, analysis and reporting of facts, or business process implementation is desired
• Knowledge of vehicle sales franchises channels is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in large data analysis with RDBMS (SQL Server) or PowerQuery is a plus
• Business level written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N1) and English
