A renowned international food manufacturer is looking for a Business Manager Japan. The selected candidate will drive market growth, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Director APAC
• Create and align collaborative growth plans with business objectives
• Identify new product opportunities aligned with champion strategy
• Conduct quarterly reviews of sell-in and sell-out performance to meet growth metrics
• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term growth plans
• Coordinate with execution teams and local marketing resources to ensure effective trade execution and brand awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in commerce or marketing
• More than 5 years of experience in senior sales or marketing (pet sector is ideal)
• Proficient in verbal English
