ビジネスディベロップメントマネージャー/ Business Development Manager

A global payment solutions company is seeking a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities from prospecting to contract execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across key verticals
• Build and maintain a network of prospects, engaging in proactive outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle, including KYC, contract negotiation, and onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal progression and client onboarding
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business development activities
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in business development or payments
• Experience with financial/payment solutions and industry trade groups preferred
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
