事業開発ディレクター/ Business Development Director

An international automotive parts manufacturer is searching for a Business Development Director. The chosen applicant will be in charge of building client relationships with targeted accounts and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Travel regularly to build relationships with higher levels of management within Japanese OEMs
• Manage the duties and responsibilities of the Business Development team
• Identify viable target programs consistent with our capabilities
• Develop and implement a tactical selling plan consistent with growth objectives
• Set goals for the Business Development team that align with the company’s business objectives
• Market and influence the decision process to specify technologies
• Assist the Business Development team in presenting manufacturing capabilities through presentations, videos, sample boards, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of related experience
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge of tooling, moulding, painting, and chrome plating processes
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Lives near Tokyo
• Fluent level Japanese and English
