事業開発マネージャー / Business Development Manager

A global IT services company is seeking a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strategic relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business prospects in automotive, communication, healthcare, and life sciences
• Develop strategies to maintain and scale revenue for the territory and product portfolio
• Advise customers on industry trends and develop large deals for long-term value
• Engage with senior executives to build strategic relationships for future business
• Present to key decision-makers and effectively communicate vision and purpose
• Maintain high customer loyalty and trust as measured by company surveys
• Manage client expectations to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Influence decisions and engage at the executive level

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Automotive, Mechanical, etc. (MBA is ideal)
• 10-15 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of sales experience in Japan
• More than 5 years of experience working in Japan
• More than 5 years of experience in selling engineering services
• Experience in CRM tools (SalesForce, etc.)
• Business level reading, written, and verbal Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
