A global leader in information technology services seeks a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales, focusing on the heavy machinery and aerospace industries.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the Japanese market and industry landscape
- Prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships
- Manage accounts for sustained growth
- Build rapport and trust with clients
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
- Lead key account meetings and maintain customer relations
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely forecasts
- Support customers with ongoing needs and issue resolution
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales, delivery, and support teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or a relevant domain (Engineering is ideal)
- More than 5 years of experience in sales for engineering and digital services
- Understanding of CRM software
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
