A multinational tire manufacturer is searching for a Business Development Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing sales plans for existing and new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement market development strategies
- Develop and execute marketing plans
- Manage customer complaints
- Conduct customer visits and collect feedback
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Analyse market trends and competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience for PCR tires is preferred
- Customer service skills
- Japanese and English language proficiency
