Responsibilities:

• Generate needs for business development of Customer Meeting Points (CMPs)
• Maximize accessibility and implement the company retailing concepts at lowest cost, with economy of scale and profitability in the market
• Apply decided and developed processes and working methods in the Expansion matrix
• Enable and follow up on the delivery on expansion plans in the market
• Lead and manage the Market Expansion team
• Set Market Expansion budgets and goals for team members and performance management
• Lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible company culture

Requirements:

• An advanced degree in Business Management or an equivalent discipline
• 5+ years experience in a senior role developing businesses and delivering results
• 5+ years of experience in leading and influencing teams and manage across markets
• Experience in managing change in a complex business environment
• Retail market experience
• Experience in an multicultural working environment
