A multinational energy company is searching for an experienced sales professional familiar with business development in Japan to join them as a Sales Executive. In this role, the successful candidate will use their proven sales expertise to assist the further growth of an international organization.
- Manage the sales of solar panel products and acquire new customers for business development by identifying and selling prospects as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers
- Participate in contract negotiations and account growth; ensure customer loyalty
- Propose improvements by remaining up-to-date with industry trends
- Maintain high quality customer service and represent the company in line with its core values
- 5+ years’ related work experience in sales or business development in Japan; solar/photovoltaic industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities; ability to influence and negotiate
- A people oriented-personality; proven prospect and customer management skills
