A global paper and leather goods manufacturer is looking for an Online Sales Key Account Manager. This position will be responsible for driving the company’s online business while managing third party platforms.
- Manage relationship with Amazon Japan and maintain the vendor central account
- Support the start-up of new online accounts and marketplaces in alignment with the company’s budget and strategies.
- Support management in developing and implementing sales strategies and business plans to meet the company’s sales targets as well as expectations for online channels
- Assist in the re-launching of the company’s e-commerce platform
- Cooperate with the marketing team to define digital marketing strategies and promotions to increase traffic, sales performance, quality customer experience, etc.
- Monitor business KPIs and report regularly to the management, highlighting areas of risk
- Other responsibilities as needed
- 3+ years’ online business management related experience
- Expertise in managing marketplaces either as a vendor or within the marketplace organization
- Strong understanding of branding for business development
- Understanding Japanese E-commerce marketing operational trends
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
