A multinational software organisation is looking for a Senior Sales. The chosen candidate will maintain and build relationships with existing customers, develop sales plans for various institutions, and provide tailored sales solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage upgrades and additional purchases
- Develop comprehensive sales plans for companies, research institutes, and educational institutions
- Provide tailored sales solutions for fluid analysis software based on customers’ industry and usage
- Gather and organise market information to identify new sales opportunities
- Introduce software and service products to customers through visits and phone calls to develop new markets
- Promote projects and complete order work
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (science or engineering is preferred)
- More than 10 years of experience in direct sales
- More than 10 years of experience selling CAX software products
- More than 5 years of experience selling CAE software and fluid flow software is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Native level Japanese; fluent level Chinese or English is a plus
