フレグランストレーニングマネージャー/ Fragrance Training Manager

A global luxury fashion and beauty company is looking for a Fragrance Training Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end fragrance training initiatives to elevate sales performance, product expertise, and brand storytelling across retail teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fragrance training programs aligned with global academy guidelines
• Plan and manage annual training calendars in line with marketing and HQ direction
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training for BAs, Experts, and Sales teams
• Create engaging training materials covering fragrance knowledge, sales, and client experience
• Evaluate training effectiveness and address skill gaps through assessments and counter visits
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales, and retail partners while managing training budgets and onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (Education, Business, Marketing)
• Experience in training and development, preferably within cosmetics industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of the cosmetics industry
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English (TOEIC 650+ or TOELF iBT 71+)
