フランチャイズマネージャー/ Franchise Manager
A multinational FMCG company is searching for a Franchise Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for delivering AOP plans and achieving growth targets while acting as the main point of contact in managing relationships with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the partnership and relationship with the bottling partner to develop, align, influence, and execute AOP plans to ensure delivery of annual volume targets
- Lead reporting and performance analysis, tracking overall business performance against strategy and adjusting plans and investments as necessary
- Own the A&M budgets for Japan and drive optimal spending, with close tracking and monitoring of all to-date spends and P&L accountability in consultation with the GM
- Maintain a strong relationship with the bottling partner through effective communication, stakeholder management, and continuous efforts to add value and build trust and confidence
- Lead JBP with the bottling partner to develop market strategies that ensure sustainable and profitable growth in Japan, with support from internal functions
- Work closely with the bottling partner to plan and deliver marketing and sales promotional activities across all retail and AFH channels
- Support the bottling partner in building capabilities through sharing best practices and close collaboration, leveraging strengths and resources within the system
- Develop product innovations to strengthen the portfolio and support sustainable business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
- More than 12 years of extensive sales or marketing experience in an FMCG environment
- More than 5 years of managerial experience
- Thorough understanding of the Japan market (consumer, category, channel, customer)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organisation
- Fluent level Japanese and English

- Experience in franchise business model
