シニアクライアントリレーションシップマネージャー/ Sr. Client Relationship Manager
A global technology solutions company is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager - Corporates. The selected candidate will manage client relationships and drive retention while ensuring successful onboarding and product usage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a book of business focusing on client engagement
- Own account renewals and achieve price yield targets
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and prevent customer churn
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients
- Plan and execute strategies to drive product usage and retention
- Assess customer training needs and coordinate with Training Specialists
- Educate clients on product benefits over competitors
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and account planning using Salesforce
- Refer technical issues to Support, Order Management, or Credit teams for resolution
Requirements:
- Practical experience in software account management
- Prior experience in trade, logistics, or tax solutions
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM
- Proven track record in achieving retention targets and growing a Book of Business
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
