カスタマーサクセススペシャリスト/ Customer Success Specialist
A well-known fintech company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist. The selected candidate will guide clients through every stage of the customer journey. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and explain the use of the service to new clients
- Monitor service usage and conduct regular health checks
- Promote function utilisation and introduce new features
- Propose and support the design of sales promotion campaigns
- Communicate with clients through online meetings, webinars, and email
- Provide feedback on the service’s implementation within client marketing activities
Requirements:
- Practical experience in sales or customer success of own services
- Experience in sales or customer success of SaaS-related services
- Interest in collaborating with development, sales, and clients
- Ability to respect and embrace diverse values and cultures
