A leading company in digital imaging solutions is seeking a Customer Service Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee digital imaging products in our customer support department, ensuring superior service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support digital imaging products, responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring maintenance
- Enhance customer relationships by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing designated equipment
- Manage relationships with partner companies and engage in telephone conferences with the head office
- Resolve technical issues, provide expert support to achieve customer satisfaction, and report feedback to improve processes and products
- Conduct in-house and on-site training for customers and partners
- Generate customer service reports and escalate unresolved issues to management, ensuring accurate documentation of service activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in field service roles
- More than 5 years of technical and customer support experience as an engineer
- Experience working in international companies
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Possess a valid CCNA certification or equivalent
- Business level English (TOEIC 580+)
