A global leader in Ed-Tech is seeking a Customer Success professional to enhance the learning experiences of their corporate clients through a cutting-edge microlearning platform.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create support materials to assist sales members in meeting acquisition goals
- Interact directly with existing clients to ensure their expectations are met
- Facilitate the registration process, product implementation, onboarding training, and account reviews
- Assist with the renewal process and achieving renewal targets
- Manage outreach for product feedback and handle internal escalations to product development teams
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Provide qualitative and quantitative insights on customer usage to support global product growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Practical experience in corporate sales, sales planning, or customer success
- Prior experience in negotiating with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to handle irregular tasks and work in a multitasking environment
- Interest in education and skill development
- Possess a valid MBA qualification is a plus
- Advanced business level English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
