キーアカウントマネージャー/ Key Account Manager

A multinational power management company is looking for a Key Account Manager, Data Center. The selected candidate will manage and grow relationships with key accounts while driving business development and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day interactions and represent the company to key accounts
• Drive current and future business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFTs
• Coordinate with regional teams to resolve issues and support business growth
• Collaborate with engineering, bid management, and service teams for seamless customer experience
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field
• Experience managing regional accounts
• Understanding of forecast and pipeline management
• Business level Japanese and English
