キーアカウントマネージャー/ Key Account Manager

A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective account planning and execution. This is a full remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans and key account strategies
• Achieve annual sales revenue and new project acquisition targets
• Support sales growth through authorised distributors in assigned regions
• Utilise Salesforce for customer relationship management and sales reporting
• Present tailored solutions to customers using strong value-selling skills
• Analyse competition, internal resources, and account growth potential to identify business opportunities
• Understand customer pain points and collaborate internally to enhance satisfaction
• Build effective communication with customers, team members, and leadership
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and coach sales engineers

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in key account management within manufacturing industries
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
• Business level English
