オンコロジーキーアカウントマネージャー/ Oncology Key Account Manager

A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking an Oncology Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and medical groups.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage trust relationships with healthcare institutions by understanding individual doctors’ preferences and communication styles
• Identify and discuss key doctors' needs in the patient journey, gaining support for the value of company products
• Plan and implement local lecture events, reviewing roles, speakers, and presentation materials in collaboration with sales and compliance teams
• Cultivate and manage speakers and potential Thought Leaders to align with product strategy
• Provide feedback from key opinion leaders to the marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience in ONC TA
• Prior MR or Marketing/MSL experience is ideal
• Experience as a medical representative is preferred
• Knowledge in the oncology therapeutic area
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English is a plus
