Responsibilities:
- Analyse targeted market trends/opportunities, develop strategies for successful market penetration
- Develop strong internal relationships with decision-makers of Engineering, Design, and R&D Teams
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism as a technical/solutions expert
- Manage sales responsibilities for Automotive segment
- Lead key account management, projects, and products
- Collaborate closely with ASC/Quality/Production teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Project management experience across diverse locations and cultures
- Proven track record in technical sales & marketing at multinational companies
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Strong network in Automotive market segments
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestic and international)
- Native level Japanese; business level English
