A global leader in food preparation solutions is seeking a National Key Account Director. The selected candidate will drive the sustainable growth of national key accounts, expand customer base, and maximise sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Expand customer base by identifying and onboarding new national key accounts
- Manage and nurture existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer presentations and participate in cooking events
- Negotiate contract pricing and manage sales profitability
- Identify and develop strategic business partners and influencers
- Provide accurate forecasts and business updates, participate in strategic planning
- Attend or support partners at regional tradeshows and events
- Create and monitor personal performance plans for team members
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of sales, sales management, or business development experience
- Experience in key account management and managing a sales team
- Skilled in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM system
- Previous culinary experience or strong interest in cooking a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in written and verbal English
