アライアンスマネージャー/ Alliances Manager
A global cloud-based technology company is looking for an Alliances Manager. The selected candidate will drive partner ecosystem growth, execute go-to-market strategies, and accelerate revenue through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand partner ecosystem to drive business growth
- Execute go-to-market strategies aligned with partner initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with resellers, referral, and service partners
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led lead generation and sales enablement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise partner campaigns and account mapping
- Analyse partner performance and optimise programs to maximise results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience with business applications vendor in building and managing mutually beneficial partnership with the ecosystem of partners in Japan
- Prior experience of translating marketplace opportunities into the value of partnering
- Fluent level written and spoken English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience selling talent management and/or HR-related software or services
