クライアント開発マネージャー/ Client Development Manager

A global professional services firm is looking for a Client Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive new business, expand existing accounts, manage consultant placements, and oversee client relationships from opportunity creation to post-project follow-up. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and grow business with existing accounts
• Identify client needs, understand project scopes, and map key decision-makers
• Manage opportunities and project activity through SFDC
• Sell consulting solutions, including generative AI and AI agent offerings
• Coordinate consultant matching, client proposals, interviews, term negotiations, and contract closure
• Maintain client and consultant relationships while partnering with internal teams on delivery, billing, and receivables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 6 years of experience in one of the following:
• Consulting industry experience
• Sales experience in the human resources or information services industry
• Experience communicating with overseas parties
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the staffing/temporary staffing industry within the service professional sector
