アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
A global market research company is searching for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will manage local and global accounts, build strong client relationships, drive system usage, and support revenue growth through renewals and upselling.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales within existing client companies in the designated territory through proactive outreach and consultative engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand the user network, increase product usage, and establish the company as a must-have partner
- Identify key sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers within target companies and understand their roles, objectives, and priorities
- Communicate the benefits and applications of the company’s data, systems, and solutions effectively to clients
- Develop a strong understanding of client organisation, strategy, and business priorities to support renewals and revenue growth
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Expand contact networks within client organisations to uncover consulting and system opportunities
- Provide research and industry expert support to clients as required
- Promote product usage and evaluate engagement within each client company
- Deliver user training through face-to-face sessions or online demonstrations
- Manage contract renewal negotiations and secure renewal agreements
- Apply consultative selling techniques to drive incremental revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on each account to maximise contract value
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales ability
- Ability to create and build client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced business level Japanese and English
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with the Advertising, Banking Finance and Consultancy sector
