内部アカウントマネージャー/ Internal Account Manager

A renowned machinery manufacturing company is looking for an Internal Account Manager Japan. The selected candidate will drive high-quality sales support, customer coordination, and CRM-based follow-through while strengthening collaboration across internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, customers, and external parties
• Suggest improvements to processes, guidelines, and systems to boost efficiency
• Follow agreed workflows, systems, and the Code of Conduct in all communications
• Coordinate closely with the Area Sales Manager to strengthen cross-department collaboration
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with Sales, Support, and regional teams
• Track and report activity progress accurately in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in sales related management in capital equipment industry, material handling in packaging or logistics
• Skilled in CRM systems and familiarity with sales tools
