関係開発上級担当官/ Relationship Development Senior Officer

A global non-for-profit organisation is looking for a Relationship Development Senior Officer. The selected candidate will lead legacy giving initiatives, manage major donor relationships, and drive donor engagement strategies while overseeing team performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies for legacy donation prospects
• Manage legacy prospect accounts and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Build partnerships with legacy professionals and expand the legacy donation market
• Lead planning and execution of legacy giving events and awareness programs
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with individual and corporate major donors
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members while contributing to cross-functional alignment

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in work requiring a high level of interpersonal communication
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in project management
• Prior fundraising experience in legacy or major donation market
• Proven experience of working at NPO/NGOs
• Understanding of inheritance procedures, taxation, and legal affairs
