プレステージアカウントマネージャー/ Prestige Account Manager
A global luxury consumer goods company is looking for a Prestige Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth and brand presence by commercialising a prestige portfolio and managing high-value luxury accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of prestige accounts and identify priority growth opportunities for the prestige portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales velocity in prestige venues
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with department stores, luxury hotels, independent luxury bars, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth individuals
- Lead commercial planning, negotiations, and execution with prestige accounts to achieve KPIs, P&L targets, and effective budget management
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams while supporting bespoke brand events and programmes
- Provide portfolio expertise to support wider sales teams and contribute to broader commercial projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5–7 years of experience in a luxury consumer goods sales environment
- Proven experience in luxury sales and marketing with a track record of growing influential customers and HNW consumers
- Experience within super-premium wines and spirits
- Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and managing multiple projects to completion
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including some weekends
- Proficient in English
