IRスペシャリスト/ Investor Relations Specialist

A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for a Specialist, Investor Relations. The selected candidate will lead investor communications and disclosures while supporting earnings, roadshows, and IR events.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute all investor disclosures and communications
• Draft earnings materials including presentations, scripts, and Q&A
• Coordinate regulatory and market-required disclosure processes
• Plan and support investor roadshows and one-on-one meetings
• Organise and deliver IR events such as R&D Day and Investor Day
• Respond to and support ad hoc investor information requests

Requirements:

• Knowledge and strong interest in capital markets
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese and English
