セールス開発エンジニア/ Sales Development Engineer
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Development Engineer. The selected candidate will support sales growth through solution development, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Convert technical and application knowledge into business opportunities through customer-focused solutions
- Develop and apply E-pump and HVAC system know-how to provide effective, customer-centric solutions
- Collaborate with Product Management to create strong sales arguments and ensure product information flow between teams
- Deliver training programs across the APAC region to strengthen technical and sales capabilities
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals for new opportunities with end-users and consultants
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to create training materials and promote innovative technical solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development role
- Experience in commercial building services in Korea or Japan
- Proficient in English, Korean, and Japanese
