シニアアカウントマネージャー/ Senior Account Manager

A global eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage post-onboarding restaurant partners, drive growth consulting, resolve operational issues, and lead contractor teams to ensure partner success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for restaurant partners after contracts are secured
• Advise partners on promotions, menu optimisation, and customer experience to drive growth
• Identify and resolve issues affecting restaurant performance or customer satisfaction
• Analyse performance data, develop dashboards, and report key metrics
• Manage and mentor a contractor team of 10–30 people, depending on assignment level
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve partner satisfaction
• Localise business strategies to fit the Japanese market
• Respond to urgent client needs outside regular hours when required

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or consulting
• Practical experience in leading and mentoring teams of 10–30 contractors
• Experience in industries such as Food, Logistics, IT Services, Insurance, Consulting, Startups, or B2B/B2C with a sales mindset
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, dashboards)
• Native level Japanese; English or Korean are a plus
