チャネルアカウントマネージャー/ Channel Account Manager
A multinational information and analytics company is looking for a Channel Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales through agents and distributors, promote print and digital solutions, and support the adoption of educational resources in universities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies for books and digital solutions
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with agents and distributors
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and support to partners
- Drive institutional adoptions by engaging with faculty, administrators, and decision-makers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for channel partners and end-users
- Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline, forecasts, and results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and university presentations to represent the company
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and positioning
Requirements:
- Prior channel sales experience in publishing or digital content solutions
- Strong understanding of the education sector and institutional sales cycles
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level English and Japanese
