アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key client relationships, develop account strategies, and lead fragrance development programs to drive sustainable business growth. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders at P&G
• Develop and execute account strategies, defending existing business and pursuing new opportunities
• Lead fragrance development programs in collaboration with platform leaders and development teams
• Ensure client satisfaction through close collaboration with customer care and supply chain teams
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining sustainable margins
• Oversee cross-category fragrance business in Japan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or a relevant technical domain
• More than 6 years in sales or technical experience in the fragrance industry or chemical industry
• Experience with fragrances or fragrance consumer products
• Knowledge of customer dynamics, consumer trends, market dynamics, and the industry landscape
• Understanding of the industry and the customer regulatory requirements (technical criteria is ideal)
• Fluent level written and spoken English
