戦略的アカウントエグゼクティブ/ Strategic Account Executive
An international social media management company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive, Enterprise Sales. The selected candidate will drive new business with large enterprise customers, managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage large enterprise customers to achieve quota targets
- Develop and execute industry-specific sales and account strategies for larger organisations
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from value creation to negotiation and closing
- Build business cases and oversee RFIs/RFPs, security agreements, and proposal processes
- Partner with internal sales teams to build outbound pipelines and cross-sell opportunities
- Influence senior stakeholders and lead complex strategic engagements and product demos
- Coordinate internal pre- and post-sales teams to ensure smooth solution implementation
- Develop expansion strategies for existing customers and introduce additional solutions
- Manage customer transition to account teams after closing deals
- Travel to meet prospects, deliver presentations, and attend industry events
- Provide functional leadership within sales teams and support planning and forecasting
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of B2B sales experience
- More than 2 years of experience in selling to enterprise customers
- Experience crafting sales plans and executing account/territory strategies
- Skilled in negotiation, influencing stakeholders, and driving customer-focused solutions
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed assigned quotas
- Ability and willingness to travel
