アカウント管理部長/ Director, Account Management
A global business services company is seeking a Director, Account Management. The selected candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, deepen client partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients
- Strengthen existing accounts by creating plans and enhancing retention
- Guide the sales team through prospecting, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track key metrics and report performance to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Experience in TPS (Technology Products and Services) and (GPO Global Products Org) sales in SI-ers or technology vendors
- Prior experience managing large P&L and should have sharp financial acumen
- Proven experience working in a global business environment
- Understanding of domestic market within Japan
- Knowledge of customer dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; business level English
