アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A multinational industrial firm is seeking an experienced Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop strategies to expand the company’s presence and maximise sales within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of solutions
• Participate in industry events and represent the company in professional associations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• Experience selling capital equipment and/or high value product to commercial organisations
• Prior experience working in the beverage industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• 3- 5 years of technical exposure to injection moulding
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the injection moulding industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
