日本営業・アカウントマネージャー/ Japan Sales and Account Manager

A global chemical manufacturer is seeking a Japan Sales and Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive growth strategies, strengthen client relationships, and manage key accounts. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Japan sales team to achieve business goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
• Manage global and regional key accounts in alignment with other markets
• Identify new business opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives
• Foster talent development within the team through coaching and mentoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing (chemical industry is ideal)
• Experience in sales or business within a matrix organisation, with several interdependencies between businesses and regions
• Prior managerial experience
• Understanding of global polymers/ stynerics industry, with specific insights in targeted focus industries, value chain and key customer trends, competitor landscape
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
