リレーションシップマネジメントコーディネーター/ Relationship Management Coordinator

A leading private investment banking organisation is seeking a Relationship Management Coordinator. The selected candidate will support relationship management, sales, and client servicing activities across key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales and relationship management initiatives by assisting in client communication and proposal preparation
• Prepare responses to client requests and assist in developing Investor Services proposals
• Conduct market and company research to identify prospects, assess competitors, and generate profitability projections
• Create and maintain client account documentation and presentation materials
• Coordinate client meetings, calls, and events in collaboration with Relationship Managers
• Contribute to strategic planning through research and data gathering for sales and relationship plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of global custody or relevant industry experience
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Knowledge with financial institutions (bank primarily and mutual funds) is preferred
• Understanding of Core Investor Services product and cross product
• Bilingual level English and Japanese
