アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A multinational technology and payment solutions provider is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive service adoption and strengthen relationships with retail merchants. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and adoption of Non-Cash Refund services
• Meet account-specific sales targets and service agreements
• Provide product training and address merchant inquiries
• Analyse business data and propose actionable insights
• Maintain accurate records and planning using CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams across IT, Finance, and Business Support

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in account or sales management
• Experience selling to retail, financial services, or tourist or hospitality industry is ideal
• Prior experience in proposing, planning, and carrying out marketing and sales events
• Proven experience working with partners and stakeholders in leading and coordinating technology projects
• Knowledge of inbound travel business
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and verbal Japanese (English is preferred)
